One of the Big 3 (the other 2 being Sweet Marjoram and Parsley), Thyme is a hardy plant that tolerates dry conditions and doesn’t need (or like) a lot of attention.
It is typically used to flavour meats, fish and vegetables dishes and can also be used in savoury breads. Also used to add flavour and depth to marinades, soups and stocks, cocktail elements, and teas.
